About Studio 95

Designed in Amsterdam but thoughtfully handmade in Melbourne Australia, Studio 95 is a fashion brand build on the less is more philosophy that focuses on simplicity and practicality. Inspired by the 90s coolest girls – think Kate, Gwyneth and even Jennifer aka Rachel Green – the brand focusses on timeless silk slip dresses that strikes the balance between casual and chic.  

Ethically handmade in our studio in Melbourne, Australia, each Studio 95 dress is carefully considered and constructed from quality 100% silk fabrics, ensuring it can be worn over and over again.

Where are Studio 95 pieces made?
We are proud to produce all of our garments locally in Melbourne, Australia. Each dress is ethically handmade and carefully considered and constructed from quality silk fabrics.

How can I contact you?
You can contact us by sending an e-mail to hola@studioninety-five.com, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. In addition, our customer service team is available online 5 days a week, Monday–Friday, and work across different time zones for our international customers.

What is your return policy?
100% silk is very delicate and must be handled with extra care when trying on. If you would like to exchange or return an item, please e-mail hola@studioninety-five.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number in the subject title. We will issue you a return number and address.

Where do you ship too?
We offer global shipping to most destinations. Packages will be sent from our central warehouse in Amsterdam.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping

  • We ship worldwide and currently offer free shipping inside the Netherlands. All European orders will be sent using PostNL for a flat rate of 10 euros. For shipments outside of Europe, we offer a flat shipping rate of 19,95 euros. You will be sent a tracking number once the goods have been dispatched.
  • Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be received and processed by our team. From then, standard shipping will take 3-6 business days to most major cities in Europe and 4-9 business days to Australia, Canada or the States.

Returns

  • 100% silk is very delicate and must be handled with extra care when trying on. In case you would like to exchange or return an item, please email hola@studioninety-five.com within 14 days of receiving your order and with your order number in the subject title. We will issue you with a return number and address. 
  • Items must be in original condition with original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way cannot be returned. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or marks. Items must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange can be issued.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please note that you’re responsible for your return until it arrives at our warehouse, so we recommend using a Track&Trace.  

     Refunds (if applicable)

    • Once your item is returned, you will receive a notification to confirm receipt. If approved, please allow 5-7 business days for a refund to be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within a certain amount of days.

    Sale Items

    • Discounted items can be returned for exchange or store credit only, no refunds.

    Duties and Taxes

    • Customs, duties and taxes are not included in our price and shipping cost. You agree to pay any additional customs, duties, and/or taxes when placing an international order. Please contact your customs office for a quote beforehand if you are worried about this.
    • We do not refund these costs if the Item is returned. This is something you will have to speak to your customs offices about.
