Shipping and Returns


  • We ship worldwide and currently offer free shipping inside the Netherlands. All European orders will be sent using PostNL for a flat rate of 10 euros. For shipments outside of Europe, we offer a flat shipping rate of 19,95 euros. You will be sent a tracking number once the goods have been dispatched.
  • Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be received and processed by our team. From then, standard shipping will take 3-6 business days to most major cities in Europe and 4-9 business days to Australia, Canada or the States.


  • 100% silk is very delicate and must be handled with extra care when trying on. In case you would like to exchange or return an item, please email within 14 days of receiving your order and with your order number in the subject title. We will issue you with a return number and address. 
  • Items must be in original condition with original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way cannot be returned. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or marks. Items must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange can be issued.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please note that you’re responsible for your return until it arrives at our warehouse, so we recommend using a Track&Trace.  

     Refunds (if applicable)

    • Once your item is returned, you will receive a notification to confirm receipt. If approved, please allow 5-7 business days for a refund to be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within a certain amount of days.

    Sale Items

    • Discounted items can be returned for exchange or store credit only, no refunds.

    Duties and Taxes

    • Customs, duties and taxes are not included in our price and shipping cost. You agree to pay any additional customs, duties, and/or taxes when placing an international order. Please contact your customs office for a quote beforehand if you are worried about this.
    • We do not refund these costs if the Item is returned. This is something you will have to speak to your customs offices about.
